How much cottage cheese should be eaten before bed to spare muscle?

I've read many times that cottage cheese is great to eat before bed to prevent or reduce the breakdown of muscle tissue. But, I haven't read how much should be eaten. I absolutely LOVE cottage cheese... I would happily eat five pounds of it at a sitting and love every bite of it! But how much SHOULD I eat before bed? Thanks!
